There are lots of common spaces to dine and relax: an outdoor terrace, outdoor porch, interior all seasons porch (with game table), sitting room/office as well as the living and dining rooms which are elegant, comfortable and spacious. Living room seats eight comfortably and additional chairs can be brought in from other rooms to seat at least twelve. Dining table seats eight. Dining room side table can seat an additional four, or six with table topper, to accommodate twelve to fourteen.
Kitchen table seats four and the kitchen Island seats two with stools. There are also two comfortable wicker chairs for relaxing with a cup of coffee. Gas stove has five burners and two ovens. 'Cook's' Kitchen' is fully equipped. Pantry adjoining kitchen provides lots of storage space. Bar pantry allows for gracious and easy entertaining. First floor bedroom suite provides space and privacy. Beautiful staircase leads to large hall and upstairs bedrooms. Back porch/mudroom provides more space for storage. Back staircase allows for great flow. Quiet alcove for reading in upstairs hall. Cable television and wireless internet.

2nd floor, has king size bed and own bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower.
Bedroom 2:
2nd floor, has king size bed and extra twin bed and its own extra large bathroom with bath/shower.
Bedroom 3:
1st floor, has a queen size bed, its own bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower and adjoining sitting room/office.
Bedroom 4:
2nd floor, has double bed. Bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower is shared with other bedroom across the hall.
Bedroom 5:
2nd floor, has twin bed. Bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower is shared with other bedroom across the hall.
Bedroom 6:
3rd floor, has twin bed. Bathroom with clawfoot tub is shared with other bedrooms across the hall.
Bedroom 7:
3rd floor, has two twin beds. Bathroom with clawfoot tub is shared with other bedrooms across the hall.
Bedroom 8:
3rd floor, has double futon. Bathroom with clawfoot tub is shared with other bedrooms across the hall. NOT AVAILABLE IN THE WINTER

Please note that we have two different rates for house rental depending on your needs:
Option A) Two floors (5 bedrooms amd 4 bathrooms)
Option B) Three floors (8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms)
The third floor bedrooms have their own heat and AC.
One of the bedrooms and the bathroom are not available
in winter.
Weekly rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday, unless special arrangements are made. We will consider a different arrival and departure date, but we have a 7 night minimum from mid June to the end of August.

• Cleaning fee for up to 14/15 people (3 floors): $400.
• Cleaning fee for up to 10 people (2 floors): $300.
• Additional $50. cleaning fee for pets (with prior approval)
• We do not rent our house for weddings/large parties/events.
• We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
